BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies, a company of the worldwide active BRÜCKNER group, will participate in CINTE TECHTEXTIL 2006 / Shanghai (hall INTEX 1F / booth 1J19).

BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies is specialized in engineering and tailor-made design of lines for textile coating, reverse coating, finishing of floor coverings and finishing of glass fabric / glass mesh fabric. The range of products comprises not only complete line concepts but also individual aggregates. The requirements to the lines are very different and need for each case special engineering and know-how. In narrow cooperation with the customer, BRÜCKNER's Plant Technology experts determine precisely in the first step the required technology which leads then to the layout of the line. In function of these data and targets, BRÜCKNER develops, designs and constructs lines which meet the customers' ideas about flexibility, economic efficiency and technological progress.

In the current business year, BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies has again participated with its engineering competence in a great number of international projects. The intensifying demand for highly specific solutions of the customers' problems led also to a considerable increase of staff members and engineering capacity.

Coating lines and dryers for textile floor coverings such as flow-through dryers for tufting carpets, needle felt carpet finishing and coating lines, carpet back coating and finishing lines for artificial turf and non-slip underlays for carpets as well as woven carpet lines.
Textile coating lines such as gelling dryers for coating with PVC, lines for the direct coating of textiles with PVC, lines for the finishing of parachute silk and canvas, light protection, abrasive cloth.

Finishing lines for glass fabric / glass mesh fabric for construction reinforcement, grinding disks and circuit board reinforcement.

Non-woven finishing and non-woven impregnating lines for non-woven geo-textiles and wet cleaning cloths, thermal bonding ovens.

Special lines for the production of gypsum plaster or filter materials in high temperature ranges between 300 °C and 350 °C, lines for the finishing of basic fabric for grinding linen or stenters in stainless steel (clean room technology) for the treatment of special foil for monitors.
